Morywise is made by Dexaloop, run by Muhammad Jaisal Padayattu Poyil in Kozhikode, Kerala, India. "We" means Dexaloop. Contact: support@dexaloop.com.
By using Morywise you agree to these terms. Apple's standard licence for apps also applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These terms add to it. If the two conflict, Apple's licence wins.
Nothing here takes away rights that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be given up.
Accounts, the AI card maker and top-ups are for people 18 and over. Before you use them, the app shows a box: "I am 18 or over, and I agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy". Tick it only if that is true. We do not check it. If you have an account, we keep the date you ticked it and which version of these terms it was.
Without the tick you can still study, and ads are not personalised.
The first 10 cards of every chapter are free.
If you do not have Pro, you can watch a video to open the next 10 new cards of a chapter for 7 days. You can repeat this. After 7 days those cards lock until your next video. Your progress is kept. Watching is your choice. You must watch to the end to get the cards.
A chapter, a formula pack or a subject pass gives you access for 12 months from purchase. A subject pass includes that subject's revision packs, and a Maths pass includes that class's Maths formula pack. The purchase page shows the end date.
These are not auto-renewing. After 12 months the chapter, pack or subject locks. Your progress is kept.
If you buy the same chapter or pass again, it extends. The new 12 months start from the current end date, or from today if it has already ended.
Buying a subject pass gives no credit for chapters you already bought. Each keeps its own date.
Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription. The Pro page shows what it includes and its price in your currency. It includes:
Renewal. Pro renews automatically at the shown price until you cancel. Apple charges your Apple Account.
Cancelling. Cancel any time in Settings, under Apple Account, Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to stop that renewal. Pro stays open until the end of the period you paid for.
7-day free offer. New subscribers may get the first 7 days free through Apple's introductory offer. Apple gives one offer per Apple Account for Pro. When the 7 days end, Apple charges you automatically at the shown price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before they end. During the free days you can make up to 300 AI cards.
Failed payments. There is no billing grace period. If a payment fails, Pro closes on its end date. Apple may keep trying to take the payment. If it succeeds, Pro opens again.
When Pro ends. Chapters you do not own lock at your next session. Your progress is kept. Passes you bought keep their own dates. If you are offline when Pro ends, Pro-only chapters lock at the last end date the app knows, until you connect.
Price changes. Apple tells you before a Pro price rises and asks for your consent where that is required.
A top-up adds 500 AI cards. Top-up cards never expire. They are sold to people 18 and over, and you do not need Pro to buy or use them. With Pro, they are used after your month's Pro cards. Cards left when Pro ends stay usable by people 18 and over.
Apple handles every payment. You buy with your Apple Account, and purchases follow that Apple Account. You do not need a Morywise account. A Morywise account carries no purchases.
Use Restore purchases in Profile › Purchases to bring your purchases back. One purchase works on up to 5 installs of the app. Family Sharing is off.
We do not give refunds ourselves. Refunds of App Store purchases are decided by Apple, under Apple's rules. Ask Apple, not us.
If Apple refunds a purchase:

The card maker is for people 18 and over, and needs Pro or top-up cards.
AI cards can be wrong. Check every card against your source before you study it. We do not promise that any AI card is correct. Cards made from a topic you type come from the AI's general knowledge, not from a page, so nothing checks them against a source, and they can be wrong.
Only use pages you have the right to use. That is your responsibility. The app counts cards under limits shown on screen, and a page that fails costs you nothing. The card maker can be unavailable at times.
If you use the card maker, you let us keep the cards it makes and what you do with them for 180 days, and use them to improve the card maker. If you do not want that, do not use the card maker. The rest of Morywise works without it.

Your own cards, notes and imports stay yours. We claim no rights over them, apart from the use of AI cards described above. They are never locked.
The chapters, cards, questions, syllabus trees, Mory the elephant, the name Morywise and the app are ours or our licensors'. You may use them to study for yourself. Do not copy, share, sell or publish them, and do not get around the locks.
"Save a copy" and the Anki export leave Morywise-made content out. It downloads again on the same Apple Account once your purchase is confirmed.
An account is optional and is for people 18 and over. You can log out or delete it in Profile. Deleting it does not cancel Pro or remove your purchases.
Morywise helps you study. We do not promise any exam result. Morywise is not connected with or endorsed by any exam board or government body named in the app.
Syllabuses change. Chapters marked as coming may arrive later than you expect. "Teacher-checked" appears only on chapters a teacher has checked.
Videos are ads from Google. We do not choose each ad. Use Report this ad if one is unsuitable.
We work to keep Morywise running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we provide it as it is.
We may change these terms. We will publish the new version at https://dexaloop.com/morywise/terms and update the date above. If you keep using Morywise after that, the new terms apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts at Kozhikode, Kerala, India, unless the law of your country gives you another right.
