By downloading, accessing, or using the TestGen application ("App") provided by Dexaloop ("we", "our", or "us"), run by Muhammad Jaisal Padayattu Poyil in Kozhikode, Kerala, India, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App can be used without an account. AI features and purchases need one, made with Sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for the security of the Apple or Google account you sign in with.
TestGen Premium (a one-time purchase), AI tokens (consumable) and sample papers are bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
AI tokens are used only for AI generation in TestGen. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and are tied to your account. The number of tokens a request uses is shown before you make it; we may change token costs for future requests. Tokens are not charged for a request that fails to return questions.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible if Apple, Google or another distributor removes or suspends the App. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App or to its online services.
The App uses artificial intelligence to write educational content (questions, figures, curricula). AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or errors. You are responsible for reviewing and checking all content before you give it to students.
Papers and questions you create belong to you. You are responsible for what you add to the App, including that you have the right to use it. Do not enter students' personal information into AI requests.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or its services in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kozhikode, Kerala, India, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the App.

We may change these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
