Privacy policy
Last updated 30 July 2026 · Applies to all Dexaloop games and to dexaloop.com
The short version. Dexaloop games have no accounts and no servers. Your game progress is stored on your own device and we never receive it. The only information that leaves your device is what advertising and app-store services need in order to show ads and process purchases — and you can turn personalised advertising off, or remove ads entirely with any purchase.
1. Who we are
Dexaloop is the trading name of Muhammad Jaisal P P, an independent game developer. For the purposes of data protection law, Muhammad Jaisal P P is the data controller for the limited processing described in this policy.

2. What this covers
This policy applies to every mobile game published by Dexaloop on Google Play and the Apple App Store, and to the website dexaloop.com. Our games currently include Water Sort, and further titles as they are released. Where a specific game handles anything differently, that difference is described in the game's store listing and in section 4 below.
3. Information stored on your device
Our games save the following locally, on your phone or tablet only. It is not transmitted to us and we have no way of reading it:
- Game progress — levels completed, scores, in-game currency, collections and unlocked items
- Your settings — sound, haptics, theme and similar preferences
- A record of purchases you have made, so the game knows what to unlock
- Counters used to apply our own fairness rules, such as how many optional reward videos you have watched today
Device sensors
Some of our games read motion sensors purely for on-screen effect — in Water Sort, the liquid leans when you tilt your phone. These readings are used to draw the frame in front of you and nothing else: they are never stored, never sent anywhere, and the feature can be switched off in the game's settings, which stops the game reading the sensor at all.
Deleting the app removes this data. Because it is stored only on your device, it is not backed up by us and cannot be transferred between devices by us, though your phone's own backup system may include it.
4. Information collected by others
We do not operate servers and we do not run our own analytics. Three categories of third party may receive limited information when you use our games:
Advertising — Google AdMob
Our games show optional reward videos, and in some games a small banner. These are delivered by Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC). To do this, Google may process:
- Your device's advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID on Android; the Identifier for Advertisers on iOS, only if you allow tracking)
- Technical device information such as model, operating system version, language, coarse location derived from IP address, and IP address itself
- Information about ads shown, including whether you watched or interacted with one
This is used to select and measure advertising. Google acts as an independent controller for this processing under its own terms; see Google's advertising privacy information and how Google uses data from apps that use its services. On first launch we present a consent screen where required by law, and on iOS you will see Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before any tracking identifier is used.
Any purchase in any of our games removes all advertising from that game permanently, after which these ad requests stop.
Purchases — Google Play and the App Store
All purchases are processed by Google or Apple, not by us. We never see or receive your name, address, card details or any payment information. We receive only a confirmation that a purchase completed, and aggregate sales reports from the stores. Those stores' own privacy policies apply to the payment itself.
App distribution
Google Play and the App Store collect their own data when you download, install or update an app, and provide us with anonymous, aggregated statistics such as install counts and crash reports. These cannot identify you.
5. Why this information is used
The limited processing described above happens so that we can: keep the games free by showing optional advertising; deliver and restore purchases you have made; fix crashes and improve the games; and meet legal and store requirements. Where consent is the legal basis (personalised advertising in the EEA and UK, and tracking on iOS), we rely on the consent you give in the prompts described above and you may withdraw it at any time.
6. Your choices and controls
- Turn off personalised ads: Android — Settings › Google › Ads › Delete advertising ID or opt out. iOS — Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking, and turn off Allow Apps to Request to Track.
- Remove advertising entirely with any purchase in the game, including the low-cost remove-ads option.
- Delete everything by uninstalling the app, which erases all locally stored data.
- Play offline: our games are fully playable with no internet connection, in which case no ad requests are made at all.
7. Children
Our games are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Advertising in our games is configured for a general audience. If you believe a child has provided personal information through one of our games, contact us and we will act on it. Parents can also use Google Family Link, Apple Screen Time and the parental controls in each store to manage purchases and downloads.
8. Your legal rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal information, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Because we hold no accounts and no server-side records, the fastest routes are usually the direct controls in section 6 — uninstalling the app deletes the on-device data, and opting out of the advertising identifier stops advertising processing.
For information held by advertising partners, requests can be made directly to them; Google provides controls and a data request process through Google My Ad Center. You may also contact us at mjaisal.dev@gmail.com and we will help where we can. If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If you are a California resident, we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.
9. Retention
Data on your device stays until you delete the app. We hold no personal data ourselves, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete on request. Advertising partners and the app stores apply their own retention periods, described in their policies.
10. International transfers
Our third-party providers operate globally and may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States. Those providers are responsible for the safeguards applied to those transfers, as described in their own privacy policies.
11. Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our games change or when the law requires it, and the date at the top will change with it. Significant changes will also be noted in the affected game's store listing update notes. Continuing to use our games after an update means you accept the revised policy.
