Terms of use
Last updated 30 July 2026 · Applies to all Dexaloop games and to dexaloop.com
In plain terms. You may play our games on your own devices for personal enjoyment. Purchases are handled by Google or Apple, so refunds go through them. We can't promise the games are perfect, and our liability is limited to what you paid us.
1. Agreement
These terms form an agreement between you and Muhammad Jaisal P P, trading as Dexaloop ("we", "us"). They apply when you download, install or play any Dexaloop game, and when you use dexaloop.com. If you do not agree, please don't use the games.
The store you downloaded from — Google Play or the Apple App Store — has its own terms, which also apply. Where the store's terms conflict with ours on a matter the store controls, such as payment and refunds, the store's terms take precedence.
2. Your licence to play
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play our games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use.
You may not: copy, republish or redistribute a game; reverse engineer, decompile or modify it, except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded; remove or alter any copyright or attribution notices; use cheats, automation or modified clients to alter gameplay; or attempt to obtain paid content without paying for it.
Recording gameplay for videos, streams or reviews is welcome and encouraged, including monetised channels.
3. Ownership
The games, their code, artwork, sounds, names and the Dexaloop brand belong to us and are protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.
4. Purchases
Some games offer optional in-app purchases. The following apply to all of them:
- The store takes your payment, not us. Prices shown include any taxes the store applies, and are charged by Google or Apple to your account there.
- What you buy is what is shown. We do not sell randomised items, loot boxes or anything with a chance-based outcome.
- Purchases are licences, not property. Items exist inside the game only, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred to another person or account.
- Restoring purchases. One-time purchases can be restored on the same store account through the restore option in the game's settings. Because our games hold no accounts, purchases follow your store account and your device — not a profile with us.
- Refunds are handled by the store. Request them through Google Play or the App Store, which apply their own refund policies. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
- Removal of a game. If a game is ever withdrawn from sale, purchases already made will continue to work in the installed version, but we cannot guarantee availability indefinitely.
5. Advertising
Our games are free to download and are partly supported by advertising. We do not use ads that interrupt gameplay. Reward videos are always optional — you choose to watch one in exchange for an in-game benefit — and some games show a small banner. Any purchase removes all advertising from that game permanently. Advertising content comes from third-party networks and we do not control or endorse it; see the privacy policy for how those services handle information.
6. Updates and changes to the games
We may release updates that fix problems, add content, or change how features work, including in-game economies and balance. We may also retire features where necessary. Updates are delivered through the app stores and may be required for the game to keep working correctly.
7. Age
Our games are intended for a general audience. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use our games only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and only they may make purchases. Parents can restrict purchases using the parental controls in Google Play and the App Store.
8. Availability and "as is"
Our games run entirely on your device and need no connection from us to work. Even so, we provide them "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that a game will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of defects, or compatible with every device or operating system version.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer guarantees available to you.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, loss of data, or loss of in-game progress or items. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with a game is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for that game in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50.
Local law may give you rights that this section cannot restrict; where that is the case, this section applies only to the extent permitted.
10. Suspension
Because our games have no accounts or online services, we have no ability to ban a player. We may, however, take steps against distribution of modified versions of our games, and we may pursue infringement of our intellectual property.
11. Third-party services
Our games include software from third parties, including advertising and in-app purchase services. Their terms and privacy policies govern their own services. Links from this website to other sites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top will change and the current version will always be at dexaloop.com/terms. Continuing to use a game after an update means you accept the revised terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the game and uninstall it.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally or requires that your local law applies.
