Common questions

How do I restore a purchase on a new phone?

Open the game, go to Settings and choose Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Google or Apple account you originally bought with — that account is what holds the purchase. One-time purchases such as remove-ads and premium restore this way at no extra cost. Note that game progress does not transfer, because it is stored on your device and never uploaded to us.

I lost my progress. Can you get it back?

Unfortunately not. Our games have no accounts and no servers, which is what lets them run fully offline with nothing about you on our servers — but it also means progress lives only on your device. If the app was uninstalled, or the device was reset or replaced, the progress is gone and we have no copy of it. Purchases can still be restored as described above. If your phone's own backup system was enabled, restoring that backup may bring the game data back with it.

A reward video won't load.

Reward videos need an internet connection, so check you are online. Ads also sometimes have nothing available to show in your region at that moment — waiting a few minutes usually fixes it. Everything a reward video gives is optional: nothing in our games can only be obtained by watching an ad. If videos never load on your device, email us with the game name and your device details.

I bought something and the ads are still showing.

Any purchase in any of our games should remove all advertising from that game permanently. If ads continue, first try Settings › Restore purchases, then fully close and reopen the game. If they still appear, email us with the game name and your store receipt and we'll sort it out.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by the store that took your payment, not by us. On Android use Google Play's refund process at play.google.com/store/account, and on iOS use Apple's at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a purchase failed to deliver what it promised, email us as well — we want to know about it.

How do I delete my data?

Uninstall the app. Everything a Dexaloop game stores is on your device, so removing the app removes all of it. We hold no account, no profile and no server copy. See the privacy policy for details.

Do the games work offline?

Yes — completely. Every Dexaloop game is fully playable with no internet connection, including on a plane. A connection is only needed if you choose to watch a reward video or make a purchase.

Is there an account or a way to play with friends online?

No, by design. Our games have no accounts, no logins and no online multiplayer. PlayBox is our multiplayer game, and it works by passing or sharing one phone between players in the same room.

Can my child play these games?

Our games are made for a general audience and contain no violence or adult content. They are not specifically directed at children under 13. If you want to prevent purchases, use the parental controls in Google Play or the App Store — this is the most reliable way to stop accidental spending on any app.

I found a bug, or I have an idea for a game.

Both are very welcome. Email mjaisal.dev@gmail.com. For bugs, tell us what you did, what happened, and what you expected — a screenshot or short screen recording helps enormously. Feature suggestions genuinely do get read and some of them get built.
