Haqdar terms of use

The short version. Haqdar tells you what the law says and where to go. It is information, not legal advice, and it does not act for you. The figures are arithmetic on what you enter; the real amount is decided by your contract, your employer's records and, if it comes to that, the competent authority or court.
1. What Haqdar is
Haqdar shows what the labour law of Bahrain says a worker is entitled to, with the article that produced each figure, and where to go for help. It is published by Muhammad Jaisal P P, trading as Dexaloop. Dexaloop is not a law firm, a government body or a recruitment agent, and the app is not affiliated with any authority.
2. Information, not legal advice
Nothing in the app is legal advice or a determination of what you are entitled to. Figures are calculated from what you enter and from the law as we have recorded it. Where the law is contested or unclear, the app shows a range and says so rather than choosing a figure. Before relying on a figure, check it with the Social Insurance Organisation, the Labour Market Regulatory Authority, the Ministry of Labour or a qualified lawyer.
3. Accuracy
We verify the law against primary sources and show the date of verification inside the app. Laws and procedures change. If you find an error, tell us at mjaisal.dev@gmail.com and we will correct it.
4. What the app does not do
It does not file claims, write letters, contact employers or authorities, or act for you. It makes no statement about what your employer has or has not done: it cannot know.
5. Your records and the evidence pack
The records you keep in the app, and the evidence pack made from them, are your own account of your own employment. You are responsible for their accuracy. The evidence pack is not an official document and must not be presented as one.
6. Notices and paid notices
The feed carries legal updates, official announcements and community notices. Some notices are paid for; these are labelled, never carry a citation of law, and are limited in how often they appear. Categories prohibited by the authorities of the country concerned are not carried. A paid notice is not an endorsement.
7. Your use
You may use the app and share its cards freely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not misrepresent a card or the evidence pack as an official document, or alter a card's content or citation.
8. Liability
The app is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, Dexaloop is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the app's figures or information, or from the loss of records stored on your device. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
