About Dexaloop
Dexaloop is an independent studio that makes useful apps, free websites and calm, fair games. Our websites and apps work on your own device, and only features that plainly need the internet use it.
Who we are
Dexaloop is run by Muhammad Jaisal P P. It is a small studio: the person who builds an app or a site also tests it and answers the email about it. Keeping it small keeps the products simple, private and honest about what they do.
We started with apps for iPhone and iPad, then added free websites for jobs people do in a browser: adding up hours, shrinking a PDF for an upload form, or printing a calendar with the right public holidays.
What we make
Each one has its own page
Haqdar
Gratuity, leave, overtime and final settlement for workers in the Gulf, each figure with the article of law behind it. Bahrain now, more countries to follow.
PDF Medic
Free PDF and image tools in English and Arabic that work in your browser, so private documents are never uploaded. An iPhone app is coming soon.
Dexaloop Tools
66 free calculators for work hours, pay, dates, age, grades, home projects, business and developers. Each one shows its working.
Dexaloop Print
Free printable calendars and paper, drawn as a PDF in your browser, with official public holidays for 13 countries and seven paper sizes.
TestGen and our games
TestGen helps teachers build exam papers. Water Sort is coming soon, and four more games are being made. None of them has pop-up ads or gambling.
How we work
The rules every product follows
It runs on your device
Our websites do their work inside your browser and our apps on your phone. Files, figures and resumes are not sent to us; TestGen's optional AI help is the one feature that uses our server.
The rule is written down
Where a figure comes from a law or an official rule, the page or screen names the source and, on our websites, the date we last checked it.
Tested before it ships
Formulas are checked against worked examples, and holiday dates against the official source, before a page or an update goes out.
No tricks
No pop-up ads, no gambling or loot boxes, and no account unless a feature truly needs one.
Plain-language privacy
Every app and site has a privacy page that says exactly what it collects and why, in words anyone can follow.
Mistakes get fixed
Tell us about an error and it is corrected quickly. Our calculators are estimates to help you check your own figures, not legal or tax advice.
How the free websites are paid for
Dexaloop Tools, PDF Medic Online and Dexaloop Print are free to use, with no sign-up, and they will be paid for by advertising on their pages. Ads will be kept apart from the buttons you press and will never appear inside a PDF or image you download. We will ask Google not to show ads for interest-based loans, gambling, alcohol, dating or adult content.
Our apps are paid for differently. Dossier, for example, is free to use and offers an optional one-time Premium purchase, with no subscription.
Questions
Who runs Dexaloop?
Dexaloop is an independent studio run by Muhammad Jaisal P P. The same person who builds an app or a site reads the support email for it.
Is Dexaloop connected to any government, Apple or Google?
No. Dexaloop is independent. Haqdar explains the labour law but is not affiliated with any government, ministry or authority, and our apps are sold through the App Store under Apple's normal rules, like any other developer's.
Why are the websites free?
They will be paid for by advertising on their pages. Ads will never appear inside a file you download, and we will ask Google not to show ads for interest-based loans, gambling, alcohol, dating or adult content.
Do you keep the files and figures I enter?
No. Our websites work inside your browser and our apps work on your phone. A PDF you compress, a time card you add up or a resume you write is never sent to us. TestGen's optional AI features send your request to our server, as its privacy policy explains.
I found a mistake. What should I do?
Email support@dexaloop.com with the page or screen and what looks wrong. Corrections are made quickly, and where a page shows when its facts were last checked, that date is updated.
